Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Bloomly Sites, a registered DBA of Bloomly Growth Services ("Bloomly Sites," "we," "us," or "our"), a website design business based in Red Oak, Texas, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit bloomlysites.com, contact us, enroll in a plan, or communicate with us by phone or text message. By using our website or giving us your information, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact & inquiry details — such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any message you send through our contact form, our SMS opt-in page, or during a call with us.
- Text-message consent information — when you opt in to receive text messages (for example, on our opt-in page, through a form, or verbally), we record your phone number and the consent you provided.
- Project & billing details — information you provide so we can build and host your website, and the information our payment processor needs to bill you. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and are not stored on our servers.
Information collected automatically
- Basic usage data — like your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and referring links, collected through standard web server logs and privacy-respecting analytics to help us keep the site working and understand what's useful.
- Cookies — small files used to operate the site and remember basic preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule your consultation call.
- To design, build, host, maintain, and support your website.
- To process payments and manage your plan.
- To send you customer-care and account messages, and — only if you've opted in — marketing or promotional messages, by email, phone, or text.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services, and to comply with our legal obligations.
3. SMS & text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Bloomly Sites may send you text (SMS/MMS) messages. We offer two categories of messages, and you choose which to receive:
- Customer care & notifications — such as replies to your questions, appointment and project updates, and account or billing notifications.
- Marketing & promotional — offers, news, and other promotional information. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time; after you reply STOP we will send one confirmation and then stop sending texts to that number. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How you opt in is described on our SMS opt-in page.
4. Phone calls
When you give us your phone number, you agree that Bloomly Sites may call you about your inquiry, your consultation, or your website and services. Where you have given the appropriate consent, calls may use automated or prerecorded technology. You can ask us to stop calling at any time by telling us during a call or emailing hello@bloomlysites.com.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited ways:
- Service providers — vendors who help us run our business, such as website hosting (Netlify), payment processing (Stripe), our CRM, and email/text messaging providers. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Legal reasons — when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Bloomly Sites, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers — if Bloomly Sites is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are excluded from any sharing for third-party marketing.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your account, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
7. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond appropriately if an issue arises.
8. Your choices & rights
- Text messages — reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
- Email — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
- Access & deletion — you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@bloomlysites.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
9. Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
Our site and the demo sites we build may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of our site or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
